Telemonitoring
Een belangrijk aspect van telemonitoring omvat het verzorgen van risicopatiënten in de ambulante omgeving door het regelmatig verzamelen van fysiologische gegevens en andere informatie over hun gezondheidstoestand en het gebruik van op regels gebaseerde beslissingsmechanismen om de relevante gegevens door te geven aan de behandelende artsen.
